Secretary of Labor renews NACOSH charter

Washington – Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez has renewed the charter for the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health, according to a notice published in the Oct. 22 Federal Register.

The charter is now effective until Oct. 7, 2016.

NACOSH is a 12-member committee comprising individuals representing management, labor, occupational safety and health professionals, and the public. It advises the secretaries of labor and health and human services on occupational safety and health issues.
